Our Story

Carolina Streetscapes was founded in 2006. We are a family business with more than 100 years of building experience in our leadership team .Our Mission is to "Deliver solutions that build great communities." This goal includes honoring God in the conduct of our business. It was true in the beginning, and it continues to drive us today.

Starting with curbside mailboxes, we have grown to offer just about every outdoor product imaginable - street signs, postal products, playgrounds, shades, shelters and more. Our experienced team can streamline the process from concept to completion — building lasting value in communities that you call home. What began in our coastal region now extends to more than 300 neighborhoods throughout the Carolinas.

As a family business, Karl and Mark know firsthand on how close family relationships extend to a family enterprise. Karl focuses on the operations area, making sure what is promised is what we deliver. As a general contractor, Karl brings an attention to detail that has focused our processes with greater efficiency.

Mark covers our sales, marketing and strategy development. Focused on the Carolinas, we reach out to builders, developers and community managers in providing everything from a street sign, mail center to a commercial playground. In the end, we help to build great communities for families to thrive.
