All Carolina Streetscapes’ employees are covered by the company’s general liability and workers compensation insurance.

Yes, we provide a double warranty: manufacturer’s warranty on product as well as our 1 year warranty on labor.

Carolina Streetscapes guarantees its work for six months from the time in installation. Vandalism, weather-related events, mis-use and excessive wear and tear are not covered in the six month policy. In addition, manufacturer warranties are in effect, depending upon the
product. Some suppliers provide 100% product replacement, yet shipping/handling and installation are not covered and are the responsibility of the customer.
